Description
The card issuer has declined the transaction because the current card has been replaced with a new one. The old card number is no longer valid.
Recommended Action
Ask the customer to provide their new card number.
Common Causes
- Card was reissued with a new number (lost/stolen replacement, upgrade, etc.)
- Old card number has been deactivated

- Use Account Updater to automatically fetch new card credentials
- Send a dunning email asking the customer to update their payment method with the new card
